Kids Can Do IT

We just finished the first release of BioBIG, http://knoodl.com/ui/groups/BioBIG, and it is pretty impressive capability to analyze highly distributed collections of data of widely varying formats (relational, spreadsheets, files, RDF, ect) that pertain to pharmacological research. Just accomplishing this is somewhat paradigm shifting. It was actually surprising to me that it worked, and we build the software that makes it work.

Kids can do IT

April 30, 2012 - We just finished the first release of BioBIG, an impressive demonstration of our capability to correlate and analyze highly distributed collections of data.  For BioBig our team worked with pharmacological research data of widely varying formats: relational, spreadsheets, files, RDF, etc. It was actually surprising the project was so successful (and we built the software that makes it possible!).
